Terry launched his Dallas graphic design firm in 1979 and has been delivering creative design solutions to clients ever since. Over the years, his firm has earned acclaim for outstanding design and communication work for clients across various industries, including major companies in the airline, oil and gas, health and beauty, waste management, and education sectors.

From the outset, Terry has prioritized responsive client service and has built a team that shares this value. He often says, “There are a lot of design firms out there. The best way to set ourselves apart is by providing client service of the same high caliber as our creative solutions.”

With his lifelong passion for sports, Terry naturally brings a team-oriented approach to the design process. He promotes open and direct interaction, resulting in a cohesive team committed to producing top-quality design solutions. It's a simple and successful formula.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Design from Florida State University. For fun, he enjoys playing softball and golf, and taking vacations with his family.

Pam has been drawing and creating since she was old enough to hold a crayon. Creative, intellectual, and athletic, she attended Texas Woman’s University on multiple scholarships for art, gymnastics, and academics. It was there that she was first introduced to graphic design. She was quickly drawn to the field's visual problem-solving aspect and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Art and Graphic Design, along with a minor in Marketing.

Pam has extensive experience, having worked in the industry since the early 1990s. Her skills include concepts, creative design, project management, and production across almost everything—print, digital, events/trade shows/environmental, presentations, branding, and more. Detail-oriented and conscientious, she thrives in the small design studio environment at Briley Design Group. She enjoys collaborating closely with the team, working directly with clients, and delivering excellent customer service.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, scuba diving, underwater photography, and spending time with her husband and their two enormous dogs.

Wes has worked as a Dallas/Fort Worth graphic designer since 1998. In addition to his design skills, Wes is the consummate team player and problem-solver. From troubleshooting computer problems to staying up on the latest technical advancements, his contributions to the agency are diverse and invaluable.

Wes is an avid fan of all types of storytelling, whether in books, comics, movies, television, or video games. He enjoys the process of collaborating with clients to capture and optimally communicate their message—leveraging the art of storytelling for business.

Wes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Visual Communication from Texas A&M University–Commerce. He is a big fan of hockey (Go Stars!) and Lego, and enjoys using his free time to dream up new things to build.

Early on, Dawn developed a love for sewing, painting, cooking, and making things for friends and family. She credits an inspirational high school art teacher for helping her realize that she wanted to enter the field of art and use the right side of her brain.

Graphic design has proven the perfect playground where she can apply her love for both artistic and business endeavors. While Dawn brings energy and thoroughness to every project, she particularly enjoys creating designs for packaging, promotions, and the education industry. In addition, she is very organized and detail-oriented—a valuable combination of traits that serves our clients well.

Dawn graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a minor in Business. When she’s not working or spending precious time with her husband and two daughters, Dawn loves to decorate, run, read, refinish furniture, and spend time at the lake.
